The hotel is conveniently located right next to the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. the room was generally clean and cozy, with many power points to charge gadgets. the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The lack of a heater in the room made it a bit cold in winter.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants in Xintiandi and the convenience of the Laoximen subway station right next door. The room was luxurious and had all the amenities I needed, from the comfortable air conditioning to the convenience of a washing machine. The staff at this place were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The service was top-notch, and I was even able to enjoy a nice cup of coffee at the lobby. I had a great time here and would definitely recommend it to others.

It was a great value for money place to stay! the location was excellent, very close to the subway station and walking distance to some interesting spots. the room was very clean and had a washing machine, which helped us a lot during our city break. We also enjoyed the free refreshments in the mini bar and the rooftop terrace with a nice view.

The soundproofing of the room could improve, as we could hear some noise from the hallway. the bed downstairs was a bit hard and not very comfortable, but it was still acceptable.

We loved the location of the hotel as it was very convenient for transportation with the subway station Laoximen next to it. Also, it was in the middle of Xintiandi, which had many fantastic restaurants. The hotel facilities were impressive, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Moreover, the staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive.
